Gilmore Girls

So I’ve decided to create a Tumblr. I never really thought I would because I’ve always been either a user of Xanga and even sometimes Live Journal. I guess I have joined the bandwagon… haha. Anyway, I guess the real reason why I am using tumblr now is because I just want to “break away” from my past. I feel like I needed to leave my old Xanga to sort of move on and begin a fresh start. Yeah, it’s kind of silly but I just want to try something different! 

So today has been a definite lazy day for me. Decided to spend my day at home. Just wanted to relax, and enjoy my day at home. Honestly, I do this partly for my parents sake. Even though I am already technically “grown up”, I know they still see me as their little girl. I know they really want me home more, and it really does bug them deep down when I am out really late. So, I stay home on occasion. Not because I do not have anything to do, but because I just don’t want them complaining that I go out too much. Plus, I got a lot of saving up to do with all the plans I got! I’m planning to head to LA at the end of August to go to Universal Studios and Disneyland. So excited! I haven’t been to Disneyland since I was 5 years old! And around mid-October I am planning to go to Las Vegas for a few days. Gotta save up that $$… which means I have to make a few sacrifices and hold off on going out and going on shopping sprees. 

Anyway, I spent a lot of my time watching reruns of Gilmore Girls on Hulu. I have been a huge fan of the show ever since it first aired, back when I was in 6th grade. I always found it kind of funny how when Rory (the main character) graduated from high school, I also graduated (from middle school). And when she graduated from college, I graduated from high school. It’s kind of like I grew up with the character. I can watch reruns of Gilmore Girls all day and never get tired of it. Too bad they ended it, it was such a good show! It is so much better than all the junk that is on television right now.
